The Inclued platform is designed to improve the engagement between citizens and subscriber organisations making it easier to get personalised notifications and access to public services. It was designed and built for public benefit by Mydex Community Interest Company founded and based in Scotland. Mydex took part in the CivTech programme and won the challenge set by Glasgow City Council who contributed funding to develop the platform in return for ongoing use of the platform.

Mydex CIC undertook a series of co-design activities during the development of the initial release and we would like to thank Glasgow City Council and the Citizen Activist Panel for their contribution.
